Legal Associate
What you’ll be doing?
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, consultation, and recommendations to various stakeholders, the company’s board of directors on various legal and business issues.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts, including sale, lease, integration, development, distribution, licenses, services, confidentiality agreements, and related documents with suppliers, and business partners..
  • Cooperate with our external legal consultants.
  • Coordinate between various internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, R&D, HR and others) in commercial contracting matters to support our policies and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and develop legal solutions and potential improvements, as well as help design and implement policies and processes to build and scale the company’s legal functionality.

 

What you’ll need?

  • Bachelor’s law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law in Israel.
  • 3-5 years of experience in companies/law firm experience in a general corporate/commercial area (technology/Hi-tech experience preferred)
  • Experience in drafting commercial agreements, and ability to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements independently.
  • Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
  • Knowledge and understanding of varied legal fields – commercial, corporate, labor, compliance, privacy, public and corporate governance.
  • Strong customer-facing orientation.
  • Working with external legal counsel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Professional maturity and strong interpersonal skills, ability to act as a significant business partner and trusted advisor for senior management.
  • Strong business approach, deep understanding of business needs, and risk management.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills: ability to efficiently prioritize, manage and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders and meet strict deadlines.
  • Highly analytical and details oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
